Cancellation Policy

The following is a guideline policy that we follow in the event of you cancelling your booking unless there are exceptional circumstances.

All bookings are final. The ABNLP is a not-for-profit organisation and we endevour to keep our costings as low as possible – most often at cost. As such, all bookings are final and we offer no refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances – which will be looked at by the ABNLP Leadership team on a case-by-case situation.

If you are unable to attend an ABNLP Workshop or Conference, all tickets are transferable to another participant. Simply inform the events team with the details of the new participant – events@abnlp.org.au

If the ABNLP cancels a workshop for any reason, all participants will receive a refund in full of the amount they have paid within 3 working days of the workshop cancellation. The ABNLP is not responsible for any additional lost expenses of accommodation or travel.
